Masjid's membership has been started as 1st step towards registration of Masjid as Religious Trust. Any Muslim, frequently coming to this Masjid, may apply for membership. To become the member, please download the application form & send by email or fax. Email address & fax number is given on the Top page of this site.
Guidelines for filling Form:
1. Please fill separate form for each adult.
2. Please fill the form clearly.
3. Please include the children info in 1 form only (either husband or wife)
4. For children info, please write the total number, & then sex & age of
each child in bracket.
